Signing Meetings Schedule (phase 2)
Location for Signings:
Compass Church (formerly known as Highland Meadows Christian Church)
2600 Hall-Johnson Rd., Colleyville, TX 76034
Please use the doors on the Pool Rd. side to enter the church.

** For your convenience, please attend ONLY to the meeting designated to your area**
** All the people listed on the lease (Schedule I) must be present to execute the lease **
** You must bring your Driver’s License to execute your lease **
** Bring all paperwork that will help us establish ownership such as: Death Certificate, (if you are a widow/widower), Probate information (if that applies), Marriage License (if your name is different from the lease), Power of Attorney (if you are leasing for someone else), and Corporate resolution (if you are signing on behalf of an entity).

Bardin Addition, Belfort Estates, Creekwood West, Crystal Butte, Heritage Oaks and Highpoint Farms
Monday, August 4

O’Dell, Stonewood, Timberline Estates, Walker Farms and Birdsong,

Please Note: Additional meetings will be scheduled at a later time. Dates and times will be either posted on the DFW West website or mailed to residents of the DFW West area.

The DFW West Task Force. The Task Force is comprised of:
   * 7 fellow Grapevine residents that are all volunteering their time and energy to help you and all the other residents have a stronger lease.
   * 4 lawyers (one of which specializes in oil and gas negotiations and leases)
   * 2 oil and gas landmen
   * 1 with industry IT specialist
   * 1 individual who has leased numerous times with oil companies
